In a nutshell: What is your job at MBS?

Girl for everything ;-). Seriously, one of my main tasks is purchasing components for our hardware and project coordination - here I coordinate all kinds of projects, e.g. I make sure that the right materials for major customer projects are in the right place at the right time. I am also responsible for our certificates, internal processes and much more - always in coordination with the relevant specialist departments.

What excites you about your job?

The opportunities and variety it offers, the opportunity to contribute my own ideas, which are possible at any time thanks to the flat hierarchies and are also encouraged accordingly. There is a harmonious environment that gives me a lot of pleasure and in which I can simply develop freely.

What makes working at MBS special? 

That we are a team with great colleagues - it feels like one big family. We can talk about anything and constructive discussions are expressly encouraged and help me and MBS move forward as a company.

A working day can quickly become very stressful. How and where do you recharge your batteries?

My great passion is my horse, animals and nature in general. Sport really clears my head, whether on one, two or four wheels, or alternatively I like to take a board to get around on the water or snow - the main thing is to be fast ;-) I also like manual work, whether it's on the house or the car - "getting my fingers dirty" is part of it for me ;-)
