3 GENERAL

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection requirements for the purposes listed below. Personal data within the meaning of this data protection information is all information that relates to you personally.

Relevant personal data are in particular your personal data, e.g. name, address, telephone number, email, billing data (e.g. bank details). Below you will find out how we handle this data.

4 PURPOSES FOR WHICH YOUR DATA ARE COLLECTED AND PROCESSED AND THEIR LEGAL BASIS

4.1 Customers/prospects

The overriding purpose of processing your personal data is to process orders, inquiries and the provision of corresponding services. We process your personal data as part of the business relationship in order to fulfill our contractual obligations, e.g. office administration, controlling, accounting and customer and prospective customer support on the legal grounds of contract fulfillment or implementation of pre-contractual measures.

The primary purpose of processing your personal data is to process orders. Title, first name, surname, a valid e-mail address, address, telephone number (landline and/or mobile), your CV, certificates, assessments or other proof of performance, your application documents and photographs.

  • as a basis of information for a possible discussion

The personal data collected by us for the application process will be stored until the advertised position is finally filled and then deleted. This is usually a period of 6 months after the position has been filled.

5 ADVERTISING

This data (your name and your address/e-mail address) may also be processed by us for the purpose of marketing our own range of services based on our legitimate interest in initiating business and intensifying the business relationship with you for the sending of e-mails and letters. This data will be deleted 4 years after the last contact with you, unless there is another legal basis or another legitimate purpose for its processing. In addition, we will only use your above-mentioned data for direct advertising for our products and services if you have not objected to this. If there is no other legal basis for further data processing, we will not use your personal data without your consent.

6 RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

We only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent. Within our company, those departments that need your data to fulfill your wishes and requirements will have access to it. Service providers and vicarious agents employed by us may also receive data for these purposes. If necessary, this data will be passed on to banks, tax consultants, debt collection agencies, legal representatives, courts, administrative authorities/fiscal authorities, suppliers, IT service providers (processors) and consultants.

7 DATA STORAGE AND DATA DELETION

If you would like to have your data deleted, you can contact us at any time. Please note, however, that there are legal obligations to retain certain data, at least in the case of chargeable services. In these cases, the deletion of the data is followed by blocking. Data may also be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract. The legal basis for the continued use of the data may also be weighed up in our favor.

8 RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. We will be happy to provide you with information about whether and which of your personal data we have stored and to whom we may have passed it on. If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time for the future; the revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. You have the right to object to processing for advertising purposes at any time.
