Notes on the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act

With the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG3) amended as of 01.01.2022, we as a manufacturer of B2B devices have committed ourselves to offering a take-back concept (see §7a ElektroG3) and hereby inform the users of our devices about the ways of disposal.

Owners have the option of returning a B2B device placed on the market by us at the end of its service life to us for a fee. We will then dispose of it properly.

Please contact us via one of the contact options to arrange a return.

The following must be observed during disposal:

Symbol: The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin indicates that this electrical or electronic appliance must not be disposed of with household waste at the end of its service life, but must be taken to separate collection by the end user.

Removal of batteries and rechargeable batteries: If this is possible without destroying the old electrical or electronic device, please remove the old batteries before returning it for disposal and dispose of them separately.

Personal data: If the old electrical or electronic appliance contains personal data, you are responsible for deleting it yourself before you return it.
