Job advertisement: Commissioning / Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Coordination and implementation of commissioning of MBS Universal Gateways (online/remote/on-site)

  • Coordination with customers to determine the exact requirement

  • Instruction of customers in working with the MBS Universal Gateways

  • Supporting the sales department with technical clarifications

  • Telephone support and service

Your profile:

  • Studies or training in a technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science or mechatronics

  • Good written and spoken English (level B2)

  • Willingness to travel as part of the job (approx. 50%)

  • Knowledge in the configuration of Windows and/or Linux (especially network)

  • Basic knowledge of software development (VBA and ANSI C would be ideal)

  • Valid driver's license

  • Independent working style, reliability and strong communication and team skills as well as a high service orientation round off your profile

  • Basic knowledge of one or more industrial bus protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, CAN, BACnet, LON, M-Bus etc.) is nice to have
