Business Development Manager UK (m/f/d)
Shape the future of building automation
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our market growth, build strong partnerships and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen - an opportunity to grow alongside our strategic market expansion.
Location
Based in the UK, ideally in the Greater London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds region.

Attractive basic salary + performance-related bonus

Your role
Sales & Strategy:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to grow our presence in the UK and Ireland.Customer loyalty:
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors and system integrators.Technical expertise:
Use your deep understanding of building automation systems (BAS), including HVAC, lighting and security solutions to meet customer needs.Market insights:
Keep an eye on local regulations, energy efficiency standards and new trends such as IoT integration and digital twins.Teamwork:
Support the sales team in achieving group targets and manage your own sales pipeline at the same time.
Your profile
Experience:
Technical or commercial background with a strong interest in sales.Specialist knowledge:
Experience with building automation systems, familiarity with communication protocols (e.g. BACnet, Modbus) and knowledge of smart building technology.Language skills:
Very good English, German is a plus.Mindset:
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and customer-oriented solutions.
